Key Responsibilities
Manage and conduct site surveys
Supervise contractors and field resources
Support the creation and refinement of network designs and implementation plans
Field Support for Network Implementation
Manage project schedules and deliverables
Provide weekly progress and status reports
Serve as the technical liaison during deployment
Lead integration and testing activities
Maintain and update rack, stack, and as-built documentation
Field Support for Network Operations
Oversee network performance for assigned facilities
Conduct troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair as required
Manage contractors and spare inventory
Support sales teams and customer interactions related to field engineering
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
OSHA 10-hour certification
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, etc.)
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred
Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience
Self-starter who can work independently and in teams
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to travel as required
Availability for occasional after-hours or on-call work
Ability to meet physical requirements of field work
