Efficiently preparing stations to ensure a successful lunch/brunch/dinner service

Maintaining cleanliness in addition to health and safety standards

Performs inventory assessments and communicates to chef efficiently

Qualifications

2+ years of cooking experience

Entry level knife skills

Available evenings and weekends

Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Ability to work 8-10 hour shifts standing
