Experienced Handyman

Looking for someone experienced in paint prep, flooring installation, cleaning, installing doors, light fixtures, plumbing fixtures, drywall repair, etc. Needed for a couple weeks worth of work rehabbing a couple recent rental properties. The majority of the work will making small repairs to get a couple properties ready to rent/sell. 40 hours per week with interior/exterior work. Might be perfect for someone who is partially retired, looking for short term work or someone who has their own company and looking for work. $20 - $30 based on quality of work, tools and transportation.
