Davenport operator,set screws

looking for a really good set screw guy to help run my shop and possibly take it over in a couple years, must be good with maintenance repairs and setting up and running small diameter socket set screws,i have really good equipment and lots of work, just need help getting it out the door. owner will finance a take over when he retires in 2 years.
