Seeking Customer Service Representatives for an outbound calling role focused on reconnecting with patients and encouraging them to schedule or attend appointments.

This position involves making 80–100 outbound calls per day, sending follow-up texts and emails, scheduling appointments and procedures, entering information into an EMR system, and performing general administrative duties.Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, an empathetic and professional demeanor, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and experience in sales or patient outreach.

This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering the chance to transition into a long-term role.
