Manor Village Apartments is seeking a reliable, experienced, and hands-on Superintendent / Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate takes pride in keeping our property running smoothly, ensuring residents enjoy a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment.

Responsibilities include:

General building and apartment maintenance

Responding promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies

Preparing vacant apartments for new residents (turnovers)

Maintaining common areas and mechanical rooms

Coordinating with vendors and management as needed
