Position Type: Full-Time

Budtender $22.50/hour + tips + employee discounts

Inventory: $25/hour + employee discounts

Floor Manager: $25/hour + employee discounts

ABOUT THIS ROLE:

As a Budtender, you’ll be the face of our Midtown East dispensary—guiding customers with personalized recommendations, ensuring compliance, and creating a positive, lasting impression. Your expertise and enthusiasm will directly contribute to the success of our retail operations.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and deliver personalized product recommendations

Stay knowledgeable about strains, terpenes, THC/CBD profiles, and consumption methods

Ensure compliance with NY State and local cannabis regulations

Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and product displays

Support with restocking, cash handling, and POS transactions

Promote loyalty programs and in-store promotions

QUALIFICATIONS:

21 years of age or older (required by law)

Passionate about cannabis and customer service

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Previous retail, hospitality, or cannabis experience a plus

Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
