Head Baker + Assistants for renown Hamptons Bakery.

Must be able to work independently, follow recipes, understand dough hydration, mix, shape, load and lead other bakers in unison for perfect production and schedule deadlines. Experience with Viennoiserie required for pastries. Passion for Baguette, Sourdough and Croissant A-Plus. Discipline and passion to learn, reliable transportation with respect for time, organization and cleanliness. Transitional training TBD
