Bookkeeper

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience as an in house accountant (Bookkeeper).

- Confident use of Excel and QuickBooks

- Payroll skills in QuickBooks.

- Experience with IRS Form 941, IRS Form 940, NYS-45 and Unemployment Quarterly Fillings

- Ability to pay taxes through EFTPS (Electronic Federal Tax Payment System).

- Reconciliation skills (reconciliation and distribution of payments by category).

- Ability to respond to an Audit (tax audit and WWC )

Working conditions:

- Full-time - from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Mon-Fri.

- Pay: up to $35 per hour ( W-2).

- Office work only (remote work is not considered).

Paid public holidays.

Paid vacation - 1 week.
