Key Responsibilities
Educated individuals on the ICHRA model and help them enroll in Individual and
Family Insurance plans.
Guide employers and employees through the ICHRA enrollment process,
providing clear and supportive assistance using our platform.
Respond to inbound phone inquiries and make outbound follow-up calls to
prosecutive members.
Use a consultative approach to assess needs, present plan options, overcoming
objections, and complete enrollments over the phone.
Accurately document all interactions and outcomes in the tracking system to
ensure reliable records and follow-through.
Foundations for Success
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance consulting, customer service, or
account management.
NYS Life, Accident & Health License (or ability to obtain within 15 days of hire);
additional state licenses as needed.
Working knowledge of health insurance plans (Individual/Family); familiarity with
NYSOH, Healthcare.gov, and ACA is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Strong relationship-building and communication skills with a customer-first
mindset.
Self-motivated and collaborative, with a positive, approachable attitude.
Detail-oriented, highly organizes, and able to work efficiently in an agile
environment.
