Bartender

Bartenders needed at The Dutch! The Dutch is a lively neighborhood restaurant in the heart of Saugerties, known for great food, excellent drinks, and warm hospitality. We’re looking for an experienced and personable Bartender to join our team and help us create memorable experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a wide variety of cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks with consistency and quality.

Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service to all guests at the bar and in the dining room.

Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar.

Check identification and ensure responsible service of alcohol at all times.

Handle cash and process transactions accurately.

Work collaboratively with servers, barbacks, and management to keep service smooth and efficient.

Qualifications:

1+ year of bartending experience is preferred.

Knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, and wine.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure.

Must be reliable, professional, and team-oriented.

Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
