Barback Wanted for Williamsburg Cocktail Bar – $15/hr +tips –

We’re a lively cocktail bar in Williamsburg looking for a talented and reliable barback/cook hybrid role to join our team! If you’re passionate about cooking, love the energy of a busy kitchen, and want to be part of a fun and fast-paced environment, this is the place for you.

Position Details:

Schedule: Saturday, Sunday, and Monday (potential prep day throughout the week)

Pay: $18/hour

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook small food menu according to our quality standards

Run food, bus tables, run dishwasher, refill bar

Maintain a clean, organized kitchen

Assist with inventory management and ordering

Follow all food safety and cleanliness protocols

Work with a close-knit team in a dynamic environment

Qualifications:

Previous line cook experience preferred

Barback experience a must

Must have a valid food handler’s card

Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced setting

Strong attention to detail and a passion for food

Reliable, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Must be available to work weekends (Saturday, Sunday, and Monday) and potentially a prep day during the week
