We are seeking a highly organized, reliable, and professional Administrative & Personal Assistant to provide both office-wide administrative support and direct assistance to the managing attorney.
This is a dynamic and fast-paced role ideal for someone who enjoys a blend of office management, client communication, and personalized executive support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working with people from diverse backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients and visitors in a friendly, respectful, and professional manner
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries
Schedule and confirm appointments for attorneys and case managers
Handle mail, deliveries, and office supplies
Provide general administrative support to attorneys and case managers
Open, organize, and close client files; scan and maintain digital records
Manage and update information in the firm’s case management system
Assist in preparing immigration forms, correspondence, and letters as directed
Manage the attorney’s professional and personal calendar, appointments, and reminders
Prepare and maintain task lists, follow-ups, and project deadlines
Qualifications
At least one full year of administrative experience in a law firm.
Bilingual proficiency in any foreign language.
Authorized to work in the US.
Available full-time.
Strong organization, attention to detail, and multitasking ability.
Compassionate and professional communication with clients
