Set up a film transfer system super 8 to digital

I need someone to help me set up a film transfer system from old sprocket-driven super 8 film to digital format. I have some of the basic components but need to integrate the digitatl recording device. Also one of the super 8 projectors needs some overhaul, of which I believe the parts and resources are available online. Once set up, I have numerous films from my past which need to be transferred, some with audio sound stripe on them. I am looking for someone who is inspired, patient, has technical knowledge/background, is easy to communicate with and is dependable and trustworthy.
