If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love creating meaningful moments for others, and enjoy being the go-to person behind the scenes, this is the perfect opportunity to make a lasting impact. RESPONSIABILITIESManage the day-to-day operations of our 2 floor NYC office to ensure a clean, comfortable, and inviting workspaceAct as the first point of contact to observe and troubleshoot facilities-related issuesTrack and manage office-related budgets, orders, and inventoryServe as a go-to resource for employees on all things related to the officePartner with Human Resources to facilitate seamless onboarding for Eataly team members in retail and corporate environmentsSupport employee offboardingMaintain and create employee building access including ID cards, alarm system code and travel systemsBook travel arrangements for employees and candidates while ensuring alignment with company travel policiesManage conference room bookings and general office schedulingAnswer phone calls and greet visitorsAssist with office engagement activities such as lunches, and special eventsArranging travel plans, itineraries and agendas as neededRelocation support including sourcing and reserving housing (temporary and long term) for employees who relocateSet up all new travel accounts and provide training for new hiresBook travel for larger meetings and eventsSupport the finance department with monthly reconciliationsMonitoring, ordering, and stocking office suppliesAssist with special projects and administrative tasks as needed
