Epoxy Applicator Worker Needed

Job Opening: Epoxy Applicator

Starting Pay: $20/hour

Location: ABQ, SantaFe, Rio Rancho

We are seeking a motivated Epoxy Applicator to join our team!

Experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate. This is a physical, hands-on position that requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to complete jobs efficiently.

Job Duties Include:

- Prepping surfaces by grinding, cleaning, and repairing as needed

- Mixing and applying epoxy coatings, polyaspartic coatings, and sealers

- Troweling, rolling, or squeegeeing coatings onto floors

- Maintaining a clean and organized work area

- Working on your hands and knees for extended periods

- Completing jobs within scheduled timeframes

Important Requirements:

- Must have reliable transportation

- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs

- Must be able to follow instructions and work independently or with a team

Compensation:

Starting pay is $20/hour.

If you demonstrate strong performance during the probationary period (showing up on time, no call-outs, learning quickly, completing jobs efficiently), your pay can be increased after the probationary period.
