T-Shirt Shop Art and Customer Service Position

We are a growing company specializing in Direct-to-Film (DTF) printed sportswear. We offer high-quality, customizable garments including T-shirts, hoodies, hats, bags, and more. As we expand our DTF printing division, we are looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our team and help us deliver top-tier products to our customers.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a DTF Sportswear Production and Customer Service Specialist who is passionate about both the creative and technical aspects of garment printing. This position requires expertise in DTF printing technology, artwork design, and customer interaction. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations, from printing high-quality designs to providing exceptional customer service and managing orders.

Key Responsibilities:

Machine Operation: Set up and operate DTF printers, adjust settings, and monitor results to ensure high-quality prints.

Artwork Preparation: Convert artwork into printable digital files using programs like CorelDraw or Adobe Illustrator. This includes making designs, correcting artwork, color correction, etc.

Quality Control: Ensure that designs meet quality standards before printing. Make adjustments to ensure optimal results.

Heat Press Application: Apply DTF transfers to garments using heat press machines, ensuring proper application and alignment.

Maintenance: Regularly clean and maintain the DTF printer to keep it running smoothly and efficiently.

Reading Orders: Accurately interpret customer orders, count garments, and follow specific instructions to ensure order accuracy.

Customer Service: Take orders from customers, provide support throughout the process, and handle customer inquiries professionally.

Order Entry: Enter orders into the system for tracking and payment purposes, ensuring all details are captured accurately.

Required Qualifications:

Experience: Prior experience working with DTF printers, T-shirt shops, or sign companies is highly desirable.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer drawing programs such as CorelDraw or Adobe Illustrator for artwork design, correction, and color adjustments.

Bilingual: Must be fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).

Customer Service: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle customer orders and inquiries.

Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain high quality and precision in all aspects of the production process.

Additional Skills (Helpful but Not Required):

Social media marketing experience to promote our products.

Previous experience with order entry systems.

Experience in customer-facing roles or retail environments.
