Stock Supervisor – Full Time

OVERVIEW

As a Full-Time Stock Supervisor at our NYC SoHo store, you’ll lead back-of-house operations that are vital to our premium customer experience. You’ll manage high-volume shipments, maintain stockroom organization, and ensure product accuracy and flow, enabling the store team to meet consumer demand with confidence and efficiency.

In this fast-paced, high-profile location, your leadership will ensure operational excellence while upholding Salomon’s brand standards during both routine and peak business periods.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:Oversee Stock Operations: Manage daily receiving, processing, and organization of inventory to support uninterrupted sales floor productivity.Maintain Inventory Accuracy: Own RTV (Return to Vendor) processes and ensure precise recordkeeping to reduce shrink and stock discrepancies.Drive Stockroom Standards: Keep the stockroom clean, accessible, and organized—ensuring rapid turnaround and replenishment, especially during weekends and peak volume days.Lead and Train Team Members: Provide training and day-to-day guidance to associates supporting shipment processing and inventory upkeep.Support Floor Execution: Partner closely with store leadership and visual teams to enable timely stock flow and maintain merchandise presentation standards.
