Make a real impact by driving strategic decisions through financial modelling, business case analysis and commercial recommendationsGreat opportunity for the next step in your career with broader exposure across Corporate Finance, diverse business units and senior leadersEnjoy flexible benefits and an inclusive culture that values your wellbeing and celebrates diversityWhat You'll DoJoin our Corporate Finance team as a Senior Corporate Finance Analyst.  In this full-time permanent role, you will be responsible for completing research, modelling and analysis to inform setting and achievement of appropriate return metrics across the NRMA Group BAU operations and through some M&A transactions.This role is a hybrid work opportunity where you will be required to work across our Sydney CBD and Sydney Olympic Park offices.Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Conduct financial modelling and business case evaluations to inform key strategic decisions, presenting commercial recommendations to stakeholdersPerform project feasibility and scenario modelling for new business development opportunities, including cost/benefit analysis using DCF and PV calculationsOrganise and analyse complex data sets using business intelligence tools and communicate insights through data visualisation.Benchmark the Group’s performance against industry and market participantsAssist with internal and external business valuations, investment appraisals, and the management of the acquisition and disposal process for current and future businessAssist with drafting of Board & investment committee papers, reports, and presentations for internal and external audiencesSupport regular and ad hoc reporting, including month-end reporting of Group financial results including performing variance analysis against targetsBuild and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external advisors across Group Finance and Strategy.What You'll BringTertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance or a related disciplineCA/CPA/CFA qualified or currently working towards3 to 5 years’ experience in an analytical role within corporate finance, commercial development, valuations, or FP&AStrong financial modelling and Excel skillsStrong report writing skillsAbility to challenge thinking and work effectively within a matrix organisationExperience with TM1, Tableau, Power BI, AI tools, or Python (desirable not essential)Experience in M&A from feasibility/due diligence to deal management is a plus but not essentialWhat's in it for you?At the NRMA we aren’t just about discounts (although you do get these too).
