Position Overview:

We are seeking an energetic Sales Representative to help grow our client base through cold calling, door-to-door outreach, warm/hot leads, and general prospecting. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to break into sales or expand their experience in a high-demand industry.

Responsibilities:

Conduct cold calls to potential clients in assigned markets

Perform door-to-door visits to businesses and commercial properties

Follow up on hot leads and inbound inquiries

Present and promote our services clearly and professionally

Schedule client meetings, walkthroughs, and consultations

Maintain an organized pipeline and meet weekly activity goals

Build strong relationships with local businesses and property managers

Represent the company with professionalism and integrity

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

Strong communication and people skills

Comfortable talking to businesses in person and over the phone

Self-motivated with a hunger mentality

Ability to learn quickly and present service benefits

Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required

Must be reliable, punctual, and goal-driven

Valid driver’s license preferred

Compensation:

Base pay ($17 per hour) + Commission

Monthly bonuses available

Paid training
