RN – Per Diem (Supervisory Visits, Home Care Services) – Morris

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Registered Nurse (RN), Per Diem to perform supervisory visits for clients receiving home care services in the Morris County, NJ area.

Responsibilities include:

Conducting initial and follow-up supervisory visits in client homes.

Reviewing care plans and ensuring quality standards are met.

Providing clinical oversight and support to home health aides.

Completing required documentation in a timely manner.

Communicating with agency staff, clients, and families as needed.

Qualifications:

Current NJ RN license in good standing.

Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (home care experience preferred).

Strong communication, organizational, and assessment skills.

Ability to travel locally for home visits.

Schedule & Compensation:

Flexible, per diem schedule.
