Fast growing Puerto Rican Restaurant Brand is seeking a highly organized and detail oriented person to be a personal administrative assistant to the owner with experience in the restaurant industry. I need someone 30 hours a week. Tuesday- Friday .
You:
Must have great customer service and communication skills
Excellent computer skills
Knowledge of Social Media Marketing
Knowledgeable in Word, Excel and QuickBooks
Self starter
Multitasker
Detail oriented to follow through with projects until completion
Eager to learn, grow, not afraid to take the initiative and have a positive attitude.
Jobs include but not limited to the following;
Light Bookkeeping
Filing
Basic office work- answering phones, emails, catering and creating shipping labels
Assisting owner on several business projects
Making sure all licenses are up to date
Must have experience in administrative work.
