Responsibilities:

Take control of cash flow management and reporting.

Speak directly with vendors, lenders, and creditors to negotiate and minimize damage.

Create clarity out of chaos — set up simple systems to track money in/out.

Provide guidance and protect me from the day-to-day financial stress.

Work with me on a realistic plan forward (restructuring, survival, or other options).

About You:

Background in accounting, finance, or business turnaround.

Strong communicator who can handle tough negotiations.

Calm under pressure, practical, and solution-focused.

Comfortable working with very limited resources and tight budgets.

Compensation:

Part-time (10–15 hrs/week to start).

Pay range: $25–$30/hr depending on experience.

Potential for longer-term role if things stabilize.
