Position Summary:

We are currently seeking Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) licensed in New Jersey for weekend shifts. The ideal candidate is dependable, compassionate, and dedicated to providing high-quality care to clients in a home setting.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support

Provide companionship and emotional support

Assist with light housekeeping and laundry

Prepare and serve meals according to dietary requirements

Monitor and record client condition and report changes to the care coordinator or supervisor

Assist with medication reminders (as permitted under NJ CHHA scope of practice)

Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy environment

Qualifications:

Current New Jersey CHHA certification (required)

Must be available for weekend shifts (Saturday and/or Sunday)

Previous experience in home care or healthcare setting preferred

Reliable transportation to and from client homes

Provide employment references

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and follow care plans
