Cook – Breakfast & Brunch Restaurant

Hours: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Daily

We’re looking for experienced and energized cooks to join our opening team! If you love early hours, a fast-paced kitchen, and creating standout breakfast and brunch dishes, this is the role for you.

About the Role

As a Cook, you’ll play a key part in executing our menu with quality, consistency, and speed. You’ll work closely with the kitchen team to ensure every guest enjoys a fresh, delicious meal and a great start to their day.

Responsibilities

Prepare and execute breakfast and brunch menu items according to recipes and standards

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work station

Assist with prep work before and after service

Ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures

Communicate effectively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams

Help maintain inventory and reduce waste

Requirements

Previous line cook or breakfast-focused cooking experience preferred

Ability to work quickly and efficiently during high-volume periods

Strong attention to detail and consistency

Reliable, punctual, and able to work morning shifts

Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs

Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
