Line Cook – Fable & Flame (Madison, NJ)

Fable & Flame is a bold, fast-casual burger and cheesesteak spot with diner roots and a little mischief in the mix. We’re looking for a skilled, reliable Line Cook who can keep up with a busy grill, plate up food that looks as good as it tastes, and work clean in a fast-paced kitchen.

What You’ll Do:

Prep and cook burgers, cheesesteaks, and sides to spec

Keep your station stocked, clean, and organized

Work with the team to keep service smooth during rushes

Follow all food safety and sanitation standards

What We’re Looking For:

Prior kitchen experience (burger, grill, or diner experience a plus)

Ability to handle a fast pace without sacrificing quality

Dependable, team-oriented attitude

Weekend and evening availability
