Junior Account Executive - Merchant Cash Advance Sales

ECM is looking for an Account Executive to join our thriving sales force. They will have the opportunity to jump-start their career in finance while working one-on-one with our top producing senior sales manager. Our ideal candidate needs to be a go-getter who is comfortable speaking with prospective clients and introducing our company and the products we offer.

This is a full time position that offers the right person the opportunity to earn a temporary salary, Commission and Bonuses while you learn the product and Alternative Lending Industry. Our expectations are for you to move into a Senior Sales position (Closer) within 6 months. As a closer you have the potential to earn $100,000+ in your first 12 months! We offer hands on training and will give you the tools you need to maximize your earning potential.

We seek individuals who:

Have a minimum of 12 months’ sales Experience in the following:

Experience in Banking, Financial Sales, Equipment leasing, Factoring, Merchant Cash Advance, Mortgage Sales, Car Sales, Insurance Sales, and/or Marketing ( a huge + but not mandatory ).

Are energetic and driven

Love a challenge and don’t accept no for an answer

Have an Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on personal growth and achievement

Possess a Team oriented mentality

Proficiency in Microsoft office , G suite, Adobe,

Hard working, highly motivated and punctual
