Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Line Cook with a strong background in Italian cuisine. The ideal candidate will have experience in a high-volume kitchen, a deep understanding of Italian cooking techniques, and the flexibility to work various shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and standards

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen station

Ensure food safety and sanitation guidelines are strictly followed

Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and quality food service

Assist in inventory management and stock rotation

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years experience as a Line Cook, preferably in an Italian restaurant setting

Proficient in Italian cooking techniques and familiar with traditional dishes

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude

Flexible schedule with open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
