You’ll provide guidance and training to the housekeeping team while working closely with the Resort Manager to deliver exceptional guest experiences.What you’ll do:Supervise the housekeeping team to maintain high cleaning standardsCoordinate daily room allocations and workload managementTrain, motivate and support team members to achieve excellenceConduct inspections of guest rooms and public areasManage stock control of cleaning supplies and linenAssist with rostering and ensuring team efficiencyUphold workplace safety and compliance procedures
