Hiring Jr. Project Mngr. - Commercial Roofing

Position Summary:

The Jr. Project Manager supports senior project managers in planning, coordinating, and overseeing commercial roofing projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist in managing day-to-day project operations

Coordinate with crews, suppliers, and clients

Conduct job site visits and progress reports

Track project schedules, budgets, and materials

Support safety compliance and documentation

Translate and communicate with Spanish-speaking team members and clients (if bilingual)

Qualifications:

Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred but not required)

5+ years of experience in construction, roofing, or related field

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to multitask and adapt quickly

Comfortable working in the field and office

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
