We are seeking a Meticulous and detailed oriented Construction Estimator to join our Team at Black Horse Service Solutions/Black Horse Plumbing, Heating & Air located in Turnersville, NJ
In this role you will be instrumental in analyzing project requirements, preparing cost estimates and ensuring our project remain within budget while meeting the highest quality standards. Your expertise will directly contribute to the successful execution of construction projects.
Must present skills in accuracy, communication, technical knowledge, experience in residential and construction. Ability to structure an an estimate in a way that assist cost optimization, excellent math skills, meet deadlines. Ensure projects are feasible for a customer given budget, profitable for the contractor and affordable for the customer on time for everyone.
Experience in the field a minimum of 5 years
