Job Title: Driver / Foreman / Mover (Full-Time)

We are currently hiring a Driver/Foreman/Mover to lead a small crew and manage residential and commercial moves and furniture deliveries. This is a full-time, hourly position with starting pay of $22–$24/hour, plus performance bonuses.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive a 16–26 ft box truck (non-CDL) throughout NYC and NJ

Lead a team of 1–2 helpers on moves and deliveries

Load, unload, and carefully handle furniture and household items

Provide excellent customer service on-site

Handle customer questions and manage paperwork or billing as needed

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Minimum 1 year experience as a driver/foreman in the moving or delivery industry

Able to drive and park in New York City and New Jersey

Able to lift up to 75 lbs and work at a fast pace

Reliable, professional, and a team leader

Strong communication skills and good customer service attitude

Nice to Have (Not Required):

Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Experience with white glove furniture delivery or high-end moves
