Construction project manager (in-house)

40 year old commercial construction company is looking for an in house project manager capable of the following:

Manage daily operations

Manage payrolls

Manage tool & equipment requirements

AIA Billing & Requisitions

Project setup

Ongoing Project Management

Project Wrap Up & Closeout

Must have broad knowledge of MS Office Suite, MS Projects, Scheduling, and Quickbooks
