Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Press Operator by efficiently catching and stacking printed materials on custom and stock presses.
Conduct quality control checks to identify and remove defective or inconsistent materials.
Keep the work area clean and organized to maintain a safe and efficient production process.
Follow all safety protocols, as this is a safety-sensitive position.
Sort and organize products according to specifications.
Package and box finished products directly from the production line.
Prepare materials by placing items in appropriately sized cartons or envelopes, sealing, and labeling them.
Ensure job accuracy by reviewing job specifications and verifying that all materials are available at the press.
Sort bundles by destination to ensure accurate distribution.
Document production details, including weight, time, and date packaged.
Stack finished cartons on pallets for shipment.
Perform other duties as assigned to support production efficiency.
Pay Range:
1st Shift- $17 an hour
2nd Shift- $18 an hour
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
2-3 years experience in a fast-paced, light industrial environment is preferred.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
A Team player with a self-motivated, flexible, hands-on approach
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy
Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
