Cabinetmaker only experienced

I haven’t had any success finding any experienced cabinetmakers on this site, but i will try again and just maybe get lucky. I have a beautiful shop in a nice location with only nice respectful people working with me and we are producing such beautiful high quality. I don’t want to change this im simple looking for another cabinetmaker or two who has actually worked in a cabinet shop before. Don’t mean to be rude but im not looking for a finished carpenter or someone who learns quickly but needs a lot of cash as i teach him what and how to do this trade. This is a highly skilled craft and you don’t have to be the best but you must be open minded to doing things differently than most or if not all. I have more work than i can handle and if the right person reaches out to me with the right attitude, there is so much room to grow and improve yourself as a person and professional master craftsman.
