We are seeking a part-time administrative professional to join our accounting team. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience working in customer service and/ or bookkeeping. Experience related to dispatch is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with dispatch to enter work orders in our material tracking and billing software.
Filing, both paper and electronic.
Support A/R and monthly billing process.
Qualifications:
Strong administrative skills and a willingness to step in and help when needed.
Intermediate skill level with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
QuickBooks experience a plus.
