Barista Wanted

We’re looking for a friendly, energetic Barista to join our team and help us deliver great coffee with genuine hospitality.

Position Summary:

The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages, while providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. This role requires attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a passion for both coffee and people.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding service

Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and specialty beverages consistently to recipe standards

Operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and POS systems

Handle customer payments and maintain accurate cash drawer balances

Keep work areas clean, organized, and stocked

Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies

Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times

Work as part of a team to maintain a positive, efficient atmosphere

Qualifications:

Previous barista or food service experience preferred

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Flexible schedule, including mornings, weekends, and holidays

Enthusiasm for coffee, tea, and customer connection
