Job description:

Nightshift Work

Busy Landmark Bakery with many walk in customers and delivery service.

All baking done at shop

Position to fill is for dessert cake production

Assembly of 7" dessert cakes for freezer stock and cake case display stock

Assembly of individual dessert cake slices

Other baking duties possible as well as baking prep or finishing

Available Shifts 5 days per week

8pm to 4 am

Training provided

Must be able to work on their own

Duties can be physically demanding

Quiet work area

Freezer work / stock

Knowledge and interest of baking and pasty preferred but not necessary

Kitchen work experience preferred but not necessary

Culinary education preferred but not necessary

Production skills job that can be compensated for best results

Bake Shop

Production kitchen, mixing, oven, freezers, machinery, donuts, cake, pastry, desserts

Retail Shop Hours 7am to 7pm - Mon - Fri

Sun 7am - 7pm

Experience:

Bakers & Confectioners: 5 years (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
