Auto part body parts inventory

Full time position auto body parts inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and verify accuracy of incoming parts orders

Match parts to repair orders and deliver to appropriate technicians

Maintain organized parts storage and inventory systems

Return unused or damaged parts and track core returns

Coordinate with vendors for orders, returns, and backorders

Perform regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies

Maintain clean and organized parts department

Communicate with estimators and technicians regarding parts status

Requirements:

Previous experience in auto body parts or automotive inventory preferred

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Attention to detail and ability to work independently

Basic computer skills (inventory software knowledge a plus)

Ability to lift parts up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
