Hotel Reservations Agent

Novotel Queenstown Lakeside is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Hotel Reservations Agent to become part of our dynamic Reservations team. Our reservation team is operational 7 days a week including public holiday.Key Responsibilities:Handle hotel room reservations efficiently via phone, email, and online platforms.Respond to guest queries, booking modifications, and special requests in a timely and professional manner.Maintain accurate records of all bookings in the hotel’s reservation system (OPERA).Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience.Provide exceptional customer service and support in line with brand standards.Ensure data accuracy and attention to detail when processing reservations.Manage large volumes of correspondence while maintaining service standards.
