We are currently seeking a Full Time Guest Service Agent to join our welcoming team and help create smooth, memorable stays for every guest.As the first point of contact, you'll provide outstanding service from check-in to check-out, handling enquiries and issues with warmth, confidence, and professionalism.Key Responsibilities:Greet guests on arrival with a warm, friendly, and professional manner.Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.Respond to guest enquiries in person, by phone, and via email.Assist with bookings, room allocations, and special requests.Resolve guest concerns promptly and ensure follow-up where required.Provide local knowledge and recommendations for dining, attractions, and experiences.Maintain accurate records and process payments using property systems.Full-time hourly rate (excluding super):

Monday – Friday: $26.70

Saturday: $33.38

Sunday: $40.05
