Gin Site Manager

We are seeking a Site Manager for our Moree site in NSW. This position has full accountability for the management, planning, organising and safe operation of the cotton gin. All maintenance and ginning staff, both permanent and casual working in the area of responsibility will report to the Gin Site Manager. This role is all about safety, people, and performance - leading a team, driving operational excellence, and making sure everything runs smoothly from modules to bales.Key responsibilities will be but not limited to:Lead and mentor your crew with a strong focus on safety.Monitor and maintain machinery and equipment to ensure continuity of production and qualityManage seasonal daily gin throughputKRA reportingEnsure work permits are completed for all high risk activityMaintain the physical appearance of the gin siteManage, develop and lead employees
