General Laborer

Reporting to the Project Manager, the General Laborer a variety of work related to the repair and general upkeep of plant(s) grounds and building(s).Main Responsibilities: Take care of the grounds using a 100Hp tractor (training can be provided), zero turn ride on lawn mower, push lawn mower and gas trimmer;Performs painting work;Handles, moves and stores furniture, equipment, supplies, materials and tools;Prepares and puts in place the necessary protections and signage during work;Participates in periodic and ad hoc inspections of buildings, equipment and grounds;Participates in the taking of various inventories;Carries out cleaning work;Performs all other related tasks.
