Link Solutions is seeking an Enterprise Systems Administration & Storage Functional Manager to join our team at White Sands Missile Range.Must be a US Citizen Must have an active DoD Top Secret ClearanceNon-remote (relocation incentive available)The Enterprise Systems Administration & Storage Functional Manager will lead system administration technical support services for Army customer networks, ensuring highly efficient and effective system monitoring and management through the use of automation. This is a great opportunity that will allow you to work on innovative projects that offer advancement and growth while helping protect our national security.Job Responsibilities:Assigns personnel to various projects, directs their activities, and evaluates their work.Ensures long-term requirements of systems operations and administration are included in the overall information systems planning.Responsible for the installation, maintenance, configuration, and integrity of computer software. Implements operating system enhancements that will improve the reliability and performance of the systemOperate, monitor, sustain, and secure managed devices at each JRSS Army Enterprise network site.Provide support for router operations for routing devices within the Army JRSS boundary.Develop scripts and utilities for routine task automation and connection to software Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) within the Army JRSS boundary.Operate, monitor, sustain, and secure Army JRSS Security Systems, which include the IPS/IDS, firewall, proxy, and routers.Update existing toolset displays and dashboards, as needed, to meet the customer's requirements.Develop and maintain the knowledge and lessons learned repository of TTPs, migration documentation, change requests, product updates, architecture diagrams, and all daily/weekly/monthly reports.Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
