In this role, you’ll:Prepare and cook meals for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and event service, following our recipes and presentation standards.Work across the grill, fryer, and other kitchen stations, ensuring consistent quality and speed.Assist in menu prep, portioning, and mise en place to keep service running smoothly.Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and stock rotation.Keep your section clean, organised, and ready for service at all times.Help the kitchen team on busy event days to make sure the team delivers under pressure.
