Construction Project Controls Specialist - Scheduling (Anticipated Opening)

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Project Controls Specialist with a strong focus on scheduling to support a major transportation infrastructure program. This role is critical to ensuring accurate planning, performance tracking, and reporting across complex, multi-phase projects. The successful candidate will lead scheduling efforts using Primavera P6, coordinate baseline and update reviews, and support the development of project controls standards and procedures.On-site/in-office presence is required Monday to Friday. Requirements may change depending on our client's needs.

 Key Responsibilities:Provide technical guidance to project controls staff and scheduling support teams.Lead the development, review, and maintenance of baseline and updated project schedules.Coordinate the implementation and optimization of Oracle Primavera P6 across the program.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc schedule and cost performance reports.Conduct schedule variance and risk analysis using critical path methodology.Maintain and update engineering resource codes in P6.Manage monthly project status updates and ensure accurate resource coding.Document project controls execution plans and scheduling procedures.Develop scheduling guidelines tailored to transportation infrastructure projects.Provide training and support for Primavera P6 users across the program.Generate data queries, scripts, and reports to support schedule analysis and reporting.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between schedule, cost, and scope.Participate in stakeholder meetings to present schedule performance and forecasting insights.SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable. here applicable.
