Autism Friendly Employment Consultant

What you will do:Join Aspect’s Autism Friendly team and help create meaningful employment opportunities for Autistic people.In this newly created role, you’ll use your lived experience as an Autistic person, alongside strong communication, writing, and organisational skills, to inform and help develop our new Autism Friendly Employment service.You’ll work with Autistic and non-Autistic colleagues and clients to co-design practical tools, resources, and training that support organisations to become truly autism-friendly. From developing content to leading client projects and training sessions, you’ll help drive lasting change in how workplaces support Autistic employees and create better experiences for everyone.This is a unique opportunity to influence inclusive culture change across organisations.This is a full-time, 12-month maximum term contract. The full-time equivalent salary starts from $97,000 per year (inclusive of superannuation), depending on qualifications and experience.
