Associate VP, New Provider Recruitment

The AVP, Provider Recruitment is a member of the Growth Team and is responsible for the management of a recruiting team whose primary goal is to recruit clinical staff from a range of specialties and clinical practice levels into Privia Care Centers.  This person will be tasked with establishing, implementing and maintaining national clinical recruitment best practices and driving lead generation to increase the number of open requisitions.30% Travel RequiredPrimary Job Duties: Responsible for the hiring, training, and professional development of a team of provider recruitersSupport recruiters to build and manage a steady pipeline of physicians, APP’s and clinicians to support our national provider recruiting functionDevelop and implement recruitment strategies for open requisitionsAnalyze current state of physician,  APP, and other clinical  networks  to develop strategies to increase the number of open requisitionsProactively develop and execute physician,  APP, and clinical succession planning strategies with practice and market stakeholdersMaintain a network of clinicians and third parties involved in physician/APP/clinical recruitment and placement processes (i.e., permanent placement & locums firms, educational/residency programs, conferences, industry-specific job boards/databases, email lists etc.)Collaborate with Market Leadership, Performance, Implementation and Sales teams to manage the prioritization and ongoing hiring needs across Privia Care CentersPartner with hiring managers in Privia Care Centers to understand practice needs and clinician preferencesAdvise clinical practices on regional compensation, benefit packages and ramp-up timesAble to assist in the full recruitment cycle including: sourcing and screening of candidates, coordination of the interview processes, and the presentation of offer and compensation packagesIdentify and attend local, regional, and national clinical recruitment and medical association conferences Other duties as assigned
