The Training and Talent Development Program Manager will oversee the SIXT Management Trainee program, guiding team members through their career development in field operations. They will develop, coach, coordinate, and manage participants while collaborating with another Program Manager and the Director of Training and Talent Development. This role requires independent and team-based work, sound decision-making, and strong prioritization skills to achieve program goals for SIXT North America.YOUR ROLE AT SIXT You manage program participants and track their progress throughout the Management Trainee programYou oversee all program components including mentorship, branch rotations, training, assessments, and evaluationsYou monitor participant performance, provide coaching and feedback, and next-step recommendationsYou coordinate with branch leaders and HQ departments to align rotations and program deliverablesYou facilitate and coordinate virtual and in-person training sessions while supporting program development and updatesYou evaluate program and participant effectiveness through assessments, surveys, feedback, and reporting on progress, challenges, and solutionsYOUR SKILLS MATTER Experience You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in program management, training, or talent developmentEducation You have a bachelor’s degree in human resources management, business administration, organizational development/leadership, education, or industrial organizational psychology.
