We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to market and sell mobile homes within our communities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, guiding prospective buyers through the sales process, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role requires strong communication skills, knowledge of housing sales, and the ability to close deals while maintaining compliance with company policies and housing regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Market and promote available mobile homes through advertising, community outreach, digital platforms and offline.

Respond to inquiries, qualify prospects, and schedule home showings.

Present mobile homes to potential buyers, highlighting features, benefits, and financing options.

Guide buyers through the application, approval, and closing process.

Maintain accurate records of prospects, sales activities, and customer interactions.

Meet or exceed monthly sales goals while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Stay informed on market trends, housing regulations, and competitive offerings.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate, housing, manufactured homes or time-shares.

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Basic computer proficiency (CRM, email, online listings).

Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are preferred.
